http://www.shacknews.com/onearticle.x/53597Bethesda game director Todd Howard just announced that ''substantial'' Fallout 3 downloadable content will be released exclusively on Xbox 360 and PC. Due for release this fall, Fallout 3 will hit PS3 in addition to Xbox 360 and PC. No further details of the DLC were mentioned. Fallout 3 DLC : Exclusive to PC %26amp; 36 ...
Moar liek timed exclusive I betFallout 3 DLC : Exclusive to PC %26amp; 36 ...
Blah, and I really was looking forward to this game and any extra DLC.... :(
Exclusive DLC is one of the worst things to happen this gen. I'm hoping it doesn't continue.
I couldnt care less about DLC....but if they dont release mod support for the PC, I will be seriously pissed.
Ouch for PS3 owners.
Moar liek timed exclusive I bet
The Oblivion DLC isn't on the PS3, so it may stay PC/360.
I love how fanboys revolt by saying DLC is a bad thing.
I couldnt care less about DLC....but if they dont release mod support for the PC, I will be seriously pissed.
mod tools usually come after a game is released
Basically, it'll be another Shivering Isles type deal.

I'm sure it will all add up to a 'substantial' cost as well, Bethesda probably trying to succeed were they failed with Oblivion.Honestly I keep losing more and more respect for Beth.
I love how fanboys revolt by saying DLC is a bad thing.
If you're referring to me - i'm not a fanboy. I just hate exclusive DLC, especially when one people who only own one console get screwed over by it.
So dog armor, right?
I guess that explains the lack of mod tools then. New rims for humvee - 5 bucks, can't wait! :)
So dog armor, right?
they R saying ''SUBSTANTIAL''. but only time will tell
They had a few things for Oblivion that was kind of cool to have like a few extra buildings that you could have for bases to suit your character. I heard the actual game has that stuff as well. I was thinking about trading up for a 360, but i like the fact that I have something that doesnt do ROD makes me spleep better at night. It's all about marketing. I was at Game Stop Yesterday and looked at the back of the oblivion game for the PS3 and guess what I saw? A dude who looked like something out of the crusades, KoTN maybe? If the game sells well. And they dont want millions of pissed of fans, Im sure they will do SOMETHING to make us happy. Or this IS the last thing I will buy from Beth. I'm only buying it because it's Fallout, and no DLC achievement crap will change that. Remember when 50 hours of gameplay was alot?
so? if it aint free. it aint worth talking about it.
And how many hours of gameplay is Fallout3 suppose to have to begin with?
so? if it aint free. it aint worth talking about it.
Then how do you discuss any game? You give them money, you get content. It's the same exchange whether you're buying a full game or DLC.
