Kojima wants to make a FPS game. Has been seen talking to Infinity Ward, Guerilla Games, and TreyarchThis is both good and bad. I'd rather him do another genre but it's good he's looking for something new.
Away: Shuffle Dungeon got a great score. Can't wait for the game. Its gameplay mechanics are just awesome :)
Another month that the DS pawns.
tc should slap himself before he knocks treyarch. have you seen any vids of waw? the game looks fantastic. in fact, i'll say the new co-op vids look to be up there with iw quality.cod3 was developed in 10 months on 5 consoles across 2 gens. bro was developed in 11 months on 3 systems. true, compared to iw work, they were extremely lacking but look at the time they were given. waw has had 2 years and is being built on a pre existing engine so i'm thinking that it'll be miles better than both of their previous attempts.so tc, i guess my point is know the facts before you make stupid comments like the one you made above. treyarch is a great dev for being b list and don't deserve half the crap they get from ppl like you.
DMC-Style Strider Game!!!!!:shock::shock:Please. Make it happen.
For the love of god, Konami's 1 game exclusively for PS3 better not be a FPS.

Unless, he takes Metal Gear in another direction. I can imagine playing a Metal Gear game in 1st person with all the classic Metal Gear aspects still in tact.

Or it could be Snatcher or Policenauts.
''non-Sony property LittleBigPlanet DLC coming very soon including Disney and characters from 3rd party games''This is the second time I heard this rumor from another source ( the source also said there is a possibility of a God Of War level for Kratos also ) so I think it is not bogus and it is very believable.
Kojima + Infinity Ward = unbelievable amounts of epicness.
The reason I still subscribe to EGM is because of their trustyworthyness (if thats a word). I really like their review staff and they have some great stories.
Another month that the DS pawns.
Yeah...I might be buying more DS games this quarter than console games. Castlevania looks to be good, I might get Sonic if it gets good reviews other than this one, and Kirby looks pretty good. Add to that my possibility of picking up Disgaea DS, and fun times there shall be.
Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood - A GOTM
Good: Fantastic action-lite RPG in the spirit of Super Mario RPG series
Bad: BioWare's buyout by EA may mean no sequelsWow :OSurprised by that. Not surprised by Castlevania or AWAY, both look great.
Didn't expect Sonic Chronicles as GOTM, and I heard a lot of good things from fans. Maybe I will pick it up.
omgInfinity ward with kojima?!?! OMG

And there are still a lot that must be given a release date outside Japan.
Megaman 9 - B+
Good: Old-school aesthetic and challenge
Bad: Difficulty sometimes borders on masochistic.
OMG, what a noob. Seriously, Mega Man 9 isn't THAT hard. I managed to play trough it in one sitting, and it took me maybe two hous the first time. The second time it took me one hour. Seriously. You make me sick!
